So im getting Rock Band July 1st. And I was wondering if the content download like songs are free, and how often they come along(I live in England aswell so does that make any diffrence).

No, they are not free. They are each $1.99 in U.S. currency (so about 1 pound each) and the three song packs are $5.49 each (so about 2.75 pounds each). They come out weekly.

Yes but unsure if there will be any delays i am sure they will have everything that is out so far for you but future releases may or may NOT be delayed but they shouldn't be also sometimes you can get certian songs on discount for $1.00 USD roughly 0.51 GBP so not that bad the full albums are est at $15.00 so £7.66

As of right now, they do have a couple of songs you can download for 80 MS Points ($.99). I purchased them and they are some decent songs.
