Personally, i'm doubting both RB2 and a double-bass. a double bass would basically make the current bass pedal obsolete and it's not even been out for 6 months yet, so that would be a ridiculous business move. And with unlimited DLC, you can pick and choose your songs instead of wasting x dollars on some songs you really don't want.

There won't be a Rock Band 2. They will use the DLC as their base to release new content. If they chose to make a new/er instrument, they'll just release a patch so the game is compatible with it. If they chose to expand the customization feature, it'll be downloadable. There isn't a need to release a brand new disc just to start the downloading all over again.

The best thing for RB or GH is ipod connection. You plug in your ipod via USB, the PS3 and RB pick up the signal and play any song you select. Fabulous!

Accept then the programmers would be doing overtime putting notes in for all of those songs that you would wnat to play, and they wouldnt be getting any money.

Queens Of The Stone Age. (Awesome. Full Stop)
Muse. (Guitar solos and great bass)
Iron Maiden. (Legendary)
Linkin Park. (vocals lol, early songs are their best)
Van Halen. (hot for teacher?)
Metalica. (have to put in somewhere. otherwise it fails)
Slipknot. (40% of your reccommended daily amount of metal)
Avenged Sevenfold. (Great band)
