Subject: It won't let me use a name!

Hi,
I've had Mario and Sonic for ages now, but only just has my sister decided she wants her own profile, yet, when we type in her name (Emma), it says it can't be used. Emmb and Enna work, but it seems to be just when it contains Emma in it (Emma1 won't work either for example. Does anyone know why?

No, I don't know why. But maybe you could try not to use your real name.

That's the thing though, it lets me use James, Daniel, Andrew, Julie, Donna. So I can't see why it won't let me use Emma!

My point is, try using a nick name instead of your real name. When I did it, I didn't use my real name (and I'm Brendon), I just used InvivnI.

I think some of you are getting confused with neo and the profiles on M+S...
Trying a nickname might work, but does it really matter about the card's name? Just put anything down and let her use that one as her own.

Well, If you went on Wi-Fi to check other peoples records there may be someone else in the world called Emma, so people would be confused because they wouldn't know if it was the same person so once a name has been taken by someone in the world, it's no longer allowed. (It's like a Username for a website account)
Well, thats my guess anyway
