Monday, 12th March 2012
Arsenal v Newcastle, 20:00Bolton will start the weekend's proceedings by showing that despite all the failings shown in the documentary last weekend, QPR are still a better team than Bolton. Villa will have to deal with the good form of Fulham, with new signing Pavel Pogrebnyak having scored 5 goals in his first 3 games following his perfect hat-trick against Wolves last weekend. Stoke are the first Premiership fixture for Chelsea's caretaker boss Roberto Di Matteo, and he'll hope to impress as everyone knows a team's true talent is shown in matches with the big bad ugly Stoke. Sunderland host Carling Cup winners Liverpool, and will be missing Sessegnon and Cattermole following their dismissals last week with Liverpool hoping to make a comeback from their loss to an unimpressive Arsenal side in their last outing. Wolves vs Blackburn should be a thrilling encounter between two top sides. Everton take on Tottenham in the evening kick-off, Tottenham will be hoping to halt a current run of two Premier League losses - but don't mention the England job because it might upset them.
On Sunday Man Utd face West Brom, with Woy's boys hoping to cause an upset again as they did last week against Chelsea. Swansea are a strong side at home but face a formidable task with Man City the visitors on Sunday . The 4pm kick-off see Norwich take on Wigan, Norwich have lost their last 2 games but will hope to improve against a side who, according to their chairman, put in their worst performance in 5 years.
Monday night Arsenal will have to contend with the visit of Newcastle. We all know who will win.

Ramsey, Arteta, Benayoun, Walcott, Chamberlain and Santos all fit and available, feeling fairly confident about this. Three straight wins against our rivals for the Champions League would be a great achievement.

Starting tomorrow you'll be fine. Gonna be a typically dominant but eventually fruitless performance, with Suarez getting more shit and an injury to one of our defenders.

For all the stick the Bolton lads give Wigan, that attendance is shocking. Especially when you consider the size of the match and the deal they've put on. £22 for 2 games, right?

Agree, attendance is poor today (QPR included by the way), I say from the comfort of my living room

Wigan are on a different level altogether though. If we went down our attendances might drop to around 15k. If Wigan went down, I doubt they'd get more than about 5k. They're a League 1/2 team.

How come SKD can't get in this side atm?
I know he's old and not as fit anymore, but surely he still offers a goal threat? D:

He's never really offered
much of a goal threat. SKD is finished, sadly. Would be about as much sense playing him as there would playing Robbie Blake.

I'd play Klasnic, Stu. But he's not one of Coyle's favourites.
