Nope, Highlight Heaven is in Dusk also. You just have to unlock it through a quest, which I don't remember. One of the requirement's beating the game, though (the same with Dawn I think).

Nope. Beat the game then do a Phoenixmon or Goldramon species quest. Phoenixmon is the one where you have to fight the 3 Holy Angels while Goldramon one is where you have to have 100% of Airdramon's scan. This is for Dawn.
For Dusk, I'm not sure, but I know it's a species quest also.

thats what i said basicly only i said what you have to do to beat the game and then when i sai something else it means i forgot the rest but your rite and no phonixmon ask you to due the airdramon one and slangemon ask you to due the 3 angel 1 i should no i just whent and checked
