Well presumably once you've finished the game, that's it. There may be some unlockable content, or you can play the game back and take a different route or style that before. But I don't know if there's anything new once you've completed it.
But as djjimmy said, this game isn't out on the PC yet. Try asking in the
360 or
PS3 forums.
