Subject: Please help me config the problem "An error occurred during verfication"

Hi everyone, I am a newbie of Pes6 (PC version)
I entered into network mode directly and sccreen navigated to the place where I had to input the password. After I input the password, the screen showed the message "An error occurred during verfication". I gave it serval shots and got failed always. Can anybody tell me how to slove the problem. Thanks

I am pretty sure the password input was right

feels like there is something wrong with the old password. I entered into the "User Registration"page and wanted to change a new password, but failed. I have the reference key. Probably I got the old password, How can I get back the old password?
