scratching stuff is hard...as well as trying to make a twewy version of a mmorpg character .__.
A lot of clutter here...finished product is at the bottom right corner.

I think the pleats on the skirt would go up further.
Hair-tie beads seem sorta oversized.
The shading on the bangs is messy.
Right-arm - not sure how to put it, but sleeves do not work that way. Left shoulder seems blocky.
The pigtails should get narrower towards the base.
Nice vest.

As i said, something was bugging me, but i wasnt entirely sure about what it was.
Anyhoo, the rest of the Brologue
If you want more, start bugging Kanon, hes writing the script for the first 10 or so full issues
