This is now about 40kb in size. However, I changed the format to jpeg and put the quality to maximum on Photoshop.
If that's not what you want, I'll try to do with the png format.

What method did you use to reduce the file size?
I have been trying to do that to animated sigs, but I haven't quite found a way that doesn't destroy it in the process. Maybe a few combined efforts might solve it, I thought.

You can reduce the colours to reduce the file size here, but if you go too far it will come out very pixallated. Animated signitures are very hard to do. Combining slowing down the speed and slightly reducing the coloors might do the trick, depending on it's pxl size. If it's at the maximum Neoseeker allowance though, then it's near-impossible.
