I'm Pretty sure you can't, as you can only be teams from a certain country i think, well i've never come accross, being able to play as them in manager mode, there may be a way but i doubt it

It's really common sense here guys. If you were to be able to play with the World Team 11, which league would it play in? No, you can't play as the World team.

I think you can be them in any division just choose a team from a division (eg Chelsea Prem) and Choose the swap option from the team select menu and you can put anybody in the prem.
