Could I export my current team in manager mode, and then use them again in another new manager mode?

that is a possibility although ive never tried it. if you can save your team over the original then yes its possible. if not then i ahve no idea as i have never tried im afraid. good idea though.

if you export your team at the end of manager mode and your manager rating is high enough then the players will all rescieve a stat boost. coupled with the fact that all your players should be 95+ by that time then that means your team is the ultimate team. basically a cheat team.

Yes but saying that, there is also the option to edit original stats of players anyway to make a cheat team

but you get more satisfaction by knowing that you developed that players and they are your team that you know and have played as before sort of thing.
