Which six Pokemon did you use to defeat The Elite Four and Gary at the end of the game? I haven't done so yet, so I can't say myself, but I'd like to know how a few of you masters did it.

Lol, I only had 1 Pokemon. A simple Venusaur normally trained at Level 91.

How come you didn't use five others, anyway? Did you just make it through the entire game with one Pokemon?

i don't think he did. I used a:
zapdos
Articuno
moltres
rhydon
mewtwo
vileplume
put zapdos, articuno, and moltres to level 55
put vileplume and rhydon at level 64
put mewtwo at level 76
NOTE: you don't get mewtwo till you beat the game, so instead, use Graveler at level 52
I am now working on a level 60 hitmonchan. he learns moves that can wipe out the elite four and gary!

I have finished the game many times using one pokemon.I even have finished it with an almost max-stat eevee(except ghost pokemon).

The first time I ever defeated them, I think my team was Pikachu, Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, and a Graveler (or Golem, maybe). And perhaps Zapdos too, I'm not sure.

I recently restarted yellow and finished off with my team being:
- Raichu lv65 (traded onto red and evolved my pikachu- highly reccomended because way stronger but wont follow you around anymore)
- Charizard lv60
- Blastoise lv60
- Venusaur lv60
- Dragonite lv60 (a real pain to level up but so strong)
- Mew lv60
This is the first time i focused on more than 1 pokemon. Charizard lv100 owns elite 4 though!!!
