Subject: Eliminating Malclom

Ok I bought Miss Gyrotic and as soon as Malcolm arrives, I program Miss Gyrotic to defence, all she does it sometiems she walks out,then walks back in. And at other times she attacked the wrong person and then went up to the kid and made the kid pull its finger.
Why won't it work??I've tried it heaps of times!!Programed it for human relations as well.
It's so annoying!!Please help!
