Subject: Problem with changing the price at merchants

Hi everyone,
I'm having a funny problem with changing the offer/buy price at merchants (the + and - icons).
There are times when I can click once and hold the left mouse button down and it will increment/decrement very quickly as I hold down the button.
The problem is, this doesn't seem to always work, and some times I have to click as many times as I want to increase/decrease the price.
My finger and arm muscles are aching from the strain.
Is there a fix or technique to getting the auto-repeat working all the time?

I wouldn't know, this is the xbox version of the forum though I am sure someone here can help you. I tihnk Shadowj has the pc version. I understand the Pc forum is quite inactive but you should still post there too if you already haven't.
