The chain is rape, especially against people who don't know it autocancels before Olimar turns upside down (no clue on the frames for that)
Also, I doubt anyone cares anymore, but you have to hit the character's "Center of Gravity" in order to do it. Basically their midsection. Kinda hard to do at an angle when you add in the little jump, but that's the way it is.

Ganon's Fair autocancels too, if you do a full jump and a 2nd jump perfectly while doing it
