Nothing in the way of Wii turn-based console JRPGs out at the moment, though they are a dying breed unfortunately. I'd say Yoshi has a decent list of upcoming titles. Also look at Tales of Symphonia, Dawn of the New World (though you won't enjoy it as much unless you played the original Symphonia).

Super Paper Mario is more platformer than RPG, as far as I can see. If you want true JRPG goodness, your best bet is virtual console.

What makes FFXIII not good? Without giving any reasons it sounds like you are just talking out of your ass.

Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon (roguelike)
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (strategy)
Opoona (not turn-based)
Phantom Brave: We Meet Again (strategy)
Rune Factory Frontier (farming+action)
Shiren the Wanderer (roguelike)
Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (action-based battle system)
Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga (action)

Upcoming:
Arc Rise Fantasia (turn-based)
Dragon Quest X (only announced in JP so far, still early in dev process)
The Last Story (only announced in JP so far)
Xenoblade (only announced in JP so far)

Import land:
Ougon no Kizuna (action)
SD Gundam G Generation Wars (strategy)
Super Robot Taisen NEO (strategy)
Tales of Graces (action-based battle system)

Games that people call RPGs but they aren't:
Dragon Quest Swords (arcade)
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers (action/adventure)
Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon (adventure)
Little King's Story (adventure)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (action/adventure)
Muramasa: The Demon Blade (action)

You also have a bunch of stuff on the Virtual Console

BTW, while FFXIII is a good game, the battle system is the only thing that really shines in Corridor Fantasy XIII. FFXII is still the leagues better game, and is the best FF since FFIX.
