Checked the DC Universe Online forums since those guys are the first to complain about anything and yeah, it's global.

I just hope it's crashed and they can fix it soon. If they've been hacked i'll be so pissed off. If it's maintenance, it better be quick. It's annoying because it's on a weekend. Again. At peak hours.

I've been on PSN all day with no problems. And people on my friendlist have been coming and going as usual. I only found there's been an outage, just now on the front page here...
