Subject: massive lag problems on cruise ship

i need help i play fine on any level in the game but im stuck at the cruise ship level because of massive lag at the beggining and the only way to keep goin is to minimize the game and bring it back up and once i get to the bar its even worse and i cant get any farther and i can barely even load the level itself anyhelp??
