Subject: Green Gate - Curiousity!

I know that in the US version of Magical Melody you can't access the green gate or the path that leads you to "You can't turn back now...etc." but does anyone know what they were meant to be for?
I ask because I heard that they are accessable in the Japanese version of the game, and they took it out in ours. Has anyone played it and know what they are for, or has anyone asked and know what they are for?
I'm very curious!

I've never encountered somthing such as "The Green Gate".
You may be referring to a game that links to HM:MM.
But other than that. Idunno.

I passed it before, I used a glich.
Go on the horse, ride to the side with the horse faceing the right (I think) And jump off. You should have gone over it, thime still goes by, you can walk around, but then your in Blackness, the only way out is to go to the menu and press "Z".
Sorry if it dosn't work, but that's what I read, and it worked for me. (The "Z" makes you go to sleep, This glich will not harm the game)
I don't know why the gate or path were there, but oh well. the path is like in DS one! lol. 9I think maybe the path is why villagers leave, lol)

Yea, I've done that before too. But what I mean is that in the Japanese version the gate actually led somewhere, like another part of town, but then took it out of our version, however the gate is still there. Same thing with the path that leads out. I know people (like on the hmotaku website) who buy the Japanese version, so I was wondering if anyone here knew what they were for on theirs!
Someone said something interesting on another site once, when I google-searched it. They said maybe it was supposed to be a ranch that Bob will later open up on the Japanese version. This would be awesome!

if you look at the top of the gate, there is a horse. this gate leads to the horse racetracks and is only there because of symbolism for the race tracks.
