Subject: One question

I've been out of the loop for a year of gaming and I just found out about Devil May Cry 3 and this special addiction and was wounding should I buy Devil May Cry 3 or wait for the special addiction?
I don't know if there's any difference in the two games only that you can play as virgil in one of them but will Devil May Cry 3 special addiction contain all that contains DMC3?
I'd just say I have played and finished DMC and 2 100% if this isn't relevant to this question I apologise in advance.

If you want to get the complete full storyline then get DMC3 first, as SE promises to have a fair few differences as you seem to play mainly from Vergils perspective. Plus DMC3 is awesome as well, and it should be fairly cheap now.

At the moment we don't really know I don't think. There are some parts which are definitely different as you can see from the trailer, but some locations such as the Agni and Rudra fight, you still do as Vergil, or so it seems from the trailer.
But I think in order to appreciate this Special Edition to its fullest you will need to have played and beaten Devil May Cry 3. It does seem a bit like Capcom trying to throw out an expansion pack, but unlike so many expansion packs, it looks like this one is a case of the company actually listening to the fans.

oh wait...... wierd..
well I hope that it will be all that DMC3 was plus the coolness they have offered for DMC3:SE. Hmmm.... since it is taking a while I would guess and say that it is DMC3 plus the other cool stuff. but I could be wrong...

I don't know about you lot but I've stoped buying games and haven't been near one for at least a year. I think I'll wait for the special addiction to come out and find out if DMC3 comes with it.
