Knuckles - His fists. (no shit) And he can yell at people.

I like the idea of the special attacks but it might affect the sonic aspect of the game but maybe it will improve the game

shadow lvl 1 kicks the person you aim him to attack
lvl2 small chaos control flash that harms opponents
lvl3 chaos control sphere draws in rings and hurts opponent

I see many of 3rd Level of boost attack,
Wave with her bombs, Rogue's and Shadow's kick, Storm's Double Slap, Cream with its Chao's Attack...
The best (in my opinion) is...
Jet and his 'wings'.
