-------------------------------------------
How To Send It:
• Connect the PSP USB cable in to the PSP, and the larger end in to the front of the PS2.
• Turn both systems on.
• On the PSP, head for the "PlayStation2 Data Link" feature, in options, and initialise it. The PSP will now tell you to connect a USB cable but ignore that for now, it's just waiting for the PS2 to connect with it.
• Look for the same option on the PS2, this time called "PSP Data Link", again in options, and initialise that.
• The PS2 should now send the option file to the PSP and the process is complete.

What sends and what doesn't:
• Sponsors & kit-maker logos do transfer.
• Team badges do transfer.
• Transfers between clubs and created players do transfer.
• Player appearances do transfer.
• Edited boots do transfer, and are assigned to the correct players.
• Stats changes do transfer.
• Team formations & tactics do transfer.
• Registered national players do transfer.
• Correct player numbers do transfer.
• League names do transfer.

• Kits styles do not transfer.
• PES Points do not transfer.
• Unlocked PES Shop items do not transfer.

Also another thing that doesn't transfer is PES points or items unlocked in the PES Shop.

Another tip for this is edit your data on your PS2 VERSION then transfer it because the editor on the PS2 version is more detailed than the PSP editor. This allows you to edit more stuff in more detail and then simply transfer it to the PSP. I do this on my PS2 and PSP version
