hi, i have just newly setup my ipod nano and any of the albums ive imported into the album playlist seem to be all over the place (they have been imported from folders on another hard disk, rather then cd) after importing them to album playlist all tunes just seem to be all over the place.. how can i get each album/folder imported to group together neatly.. have also noticed other single tracks that shouldnt be in album playlist, and arent on itunes, appearing mixed up here too?? any advice appreciated... cheers guys

Each track on each album needs to have exactly the same album name e.g. Ben Folds - Rockin' The Suburbs if you have one track that is labled differently e.g. Ben Folds - Rocking The Suburbs iTunes will think these are on 2 different albums. In Windows Explorer go into each album select all the tracks for that album and right click then click Properties, Summary and add the album info then click ok/apply and then all the tracks will be tagged the same then re-import the album to iTunes and you should find they're all together. Or another way is to find (in iTunes) all the tracks for a particular album and change the name that way by right clicking and selecting info then change the names that way, again this will sort all your albums.

Think I have explained this correctly...!!!! Any probs feel free to shout again but a little louder!!!
