Subject:   import wma files into itunes ibrary WITHOUT conversion
-------------------------------------------
I have around 25GB worth of albums, all in WMA format.
Just bought the 5th Gen iPod 60GB and want to import all my WMA tunes into my iPod.

Via iTunes this is only possible if I agree to convert WMA into AAC or MP3. But converting a previous conversion results into poorer quality.

So, does anyone know how I can get my WMA files into my iPod without having to convert the whole lot first?

Help would be greaatly appreciated,

Thanks heaps,

Rene Helder

The iPod does not support wma playback as far as I know. You'll need to have the files converted to another format in order to play them on the iPod.
