I just bought a new computer. How do I get all the music from iTunes on my old PC to my new one? Can I transfer the music from my ipod to iTunes on my new PC ?

How do I get iTunes on my new PC to treat my ipod as it's own?

You should be able to transfer all of your music through the iPod. Probably the easiest way is to use the iPod like a drive (going through My Computer) and copying the music folder on to your computer.

How is my ipod identified on my pc? As a separate drive? I don't see it.

If you are using Windows XP it should be in My Computer under Audio Devices or Removable drives.

Once your Ipod software is installed it usually just opens Itunes for you and starts a sync and opens the folder with the Ipod. If that doesn't happen do what the guy above said. You should set it up the same as your old computer.
