Has anyone figured a way to show the album cover in the Song Lists view? Overall I love iTunes, and I'm planning on using the Albums View more frequently anyway, but I'm organizing some things and it would be much more useful if I could show album covers in the Songs List view.

Basically, I would like to have my iTunes as I had it before... But no matter what I look for, I can't find the option to show those covers in song list anymore.

I remember I bothered ProudLoz with this in iTunes 9 and iTunes 10 hahaha...

Basically, I want to achieve this:

(I don't care about the leftmost bar as I can show it and hide as I please).

But I can't see the album cover art option anywhere.

I got nothing. iTunes 11 took out a lot of stuff from iTunes 10, and some of it was for good and others, for who knows what reasons.

Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed that they removed this...

Darn, that sucks.
Maybe a way to see the bit rate in the albums view then?

I was looking to replace many of my lossy albums with lossless ones and that other view made it a lot easier to see which ones were lossy and which ones were not.

Also not possible. The only way to do that is to just use the Song List View.

I also hate that they took the ability for me to open up the iTunes Store in a different window. I really need that when I'm editing metadata, but they took that away. There's really not much you can do other than to just get used to the new iTunes and find workarounds.

You could always downgrade if it's a big enough deal. I have no idea how that would be done, but I remember seeing a tutorial on it.
