Subject:   iTunes store won't work...
I bought a song and after agreeing to the new terms of service iTunes Store just stopped working. It charged me for the song and I didn't have it, so I tried to check for past purchases to redeem the bought song, but then this message came up:

We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occured (5002).

Anybody know what's wrong?

First, make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes (8.0). If you are, try again later. If not, get it. After a few days, if it doesn't work go to "View My Account", find the purchase and click the "Report A Problem" link. The first couple emails they're going to give you the run-around (make sure you have latest version), then they may start helping you, although the whole process may take a week or two.
