Ok, heres the deal, I installed the new iTunes today, and accidentally after 1st iPod connected, that usual message appeared and I clicked the wrong button, and guess what, my iPod got reseted. So, my question is, can I recover the almost 1,000 musics I lost?

Thanks for the help!

I'm confused. Updating iTunes doesn't wipe your library. If it's still there, just sync again.

If your library is gone, then just add the files again. It may take a while to track some tracks down, though.

If you don't have your music on your library, your iPod, OR your hard drive, you can look for a backup, check your recycling bin, or something similar. If those yield no results, then no. The music is gone.

If the files are also in your iTunes Library or on your hard drive, yes. They should still be there. If they're songs you paid for and downloaded from iTunes, you'll have to buy them again.
