I beg to differ. GTA vice city and SA were on the PS2 first THEN later came out for the PC. PS2 sales are greater than PC because more ppl play them, that is why they first come out for consoles. There's really no way to tell right now. I was just hoping anyone might have heard a date or something.

This game is a PS2 exclusive, end of story.
There will be no PC version, and there definitely won't be an Xbox version. This was Rockstar's last project on current gen systems.

No. They're not. They've already confirmed they have no plans on releasing it for the PS2.

I don't think Bully will matter as much as GTA. So they may not bother. I mean the Halo games are an XBOX exclusive and they are popular anyway. So Bully should remain a PS2 exclusive.
An XBOX port is not likely these days anyway. I see more 360 chart titles than XBOX.

There is no chance that bully will be out for PC. They would probably have to make a totally new addition that is not as good.
