no wonder your so under leveled im about that level at the desrt lol just level up to about 30-ish and you should still have a bit of trouble but if your good at mix flowers cannonballers and trampolines you should be fine.

i got that high by just killing everything i could see and for training you should be fine in shroob castle aslong as you have alot of mix flowers try getting the ulti-free badge so you only need 1 mix flower for unlimited of them.

yeah thats probably the best way to get that many beans i dont think you can get enough beans for many badges its also an easy way to get money too.
