when u beat the game or at any time is there any kind of protection for tony? i meen almost all of the gangs hate u so do u get any kind of back up?

No you won't get a backup. Since Toni is a made man, not a Don or Leader of Leones. He can't get any member of Leone to protect or assault any gang members.

Toni isn't a Don. He does not able to recruit or call for a backup to protect him from attacking enemy gang.
