Refresh my memory. Is that the mission where you base is destroyed by reds and you must flee?
If it is you just have to explore the map and find a base with no town center. There you will be given enough forces to defeat the enemy, but you still gotta take the artifact. Or you can just rush, destroy the temple and capture the artifact. At the beggining you should use stealth.

I know this is kind of cheating but if you want to cheat just type in "black death" for every level and you win.
