Subject: Lava Boss and Cheat Codes

Whenever I fight the Lava Boss on Shell 7 and he starts doing some purple magic the game shows a fatal error and shuts down. Also I have a list of cheat codes but whenever i press F12 it shows me "function not assigned". And when i press Cntrl+F3 for an instant kill it opens up a microsoft spread sheet. Any ideas anyone? Sure will appreciate it.

I fixed the 1st problem with the 1.04 patch. But any idea how to get the cheats to work?
