Subject: Worlds 4 and 7

How do I get to worlds 4 and 7? I've completed all the others worlds and got all the star coins but I still can't get to 4 and 7.
Also in world 6 I can't get the last star coin in the tower. Got to minimize to jump up the wall to get coin but then how do I defeat Bowser Junior!? There is no way of maximising again and Mario justs bounces off Bowser's head in micro state.
Help!!

World 4:
Defeat World 2 boss with mini mario, to do this, use normal strategy but instead of jumping, ground pound on the boss.
World 7:
Defeat World 5 boss with mini mario, same method, 3 ground pounds.
OR
Find secret flagopole on a level in World 4 to get a warp cannon to world 7.
6-T Last Star Coin:
You dont necessarily need mini mario to jump up the platform, ive done it with normal mario, but its very hard, you need to keep wall jumping from left to right. If you just use mini mario, to defeat bowser jr, ground pound him. Takes 3 of these.
Extra info:
When you defeat all the bosses (every castle stage) the mushroom houses become infinite.

when u jump, press down, Mario will kind of sit on the floor or his enemies.
