Ok people, I wanna see who is the Mario Kart DS world Champion. Tell me your fastest time for rainbow road and I will see who is the Mario Kart expert.
Here is a scale so you can see how good you are:
3:00:000 - Rubbish
2:45:000 - Could be worse
2:30:000 - Ok
2:20:000 - Good!
2:10:000 - Great!
2:00:000 - Exellent!
1:50:000 - OMG! World Champion!
!!!!!!There is a cheat but I won't tell you it! Try your best! By the way my time is crap, 2:27:067! Sloooooow!

The world champion doesn't post on neoseeker as far as I know. Also you can't base it on this 1 track. It is the longest(I think) but it isn't like most other tracks in the way that you miniturbo through it.

you should have different tracks 2 guage different aspects of a good MKDS player. For example, maybe u could use F8C to guage best snaker or something

The world record time for RR is probably higher then 1:50:00. And not a lot of people on this forum race RR, its to long.

Last I checked, the record was around 1:52:7xx? Not quite sure though, probably a lot faster.

My time is aroun 2 minutes, however, unlike the world record, I don't use any shortcuts in my run. RR is one of my worst courses, I hate it.

That still doesn't cut it.
I myself have 2:15.9xx, and SCing both times on all three laps will bring it down to 1:47 or so. And Husky said it could never be done on all three laps.

The second shortcut can only be done once because you lose items when you fall off.

^People have been doing it with a MT for a while now, and as for 6/6 SCs in one run, it will be done, just in a long time.

Yeah, I know I should probably spend more time, but I get so frustrated with that whole course. It's not even fun to me anymore.
