I think you have to beat Mirror mode... not sure what class, But definetly Mirror mode, Man, It's been awhile..

to get R.O.B. first you must complete 50cc 100cc and 150cc with all gold trophys and then you will unlock 150cc mirror then complete that in all gold trophys and then you will unlock R.O.B.

well, technically u just have to complete 150cc mirror with gold, but u have to complete 50,100 n 150cc with gold 2 unlock mirror, which means both pokemonmasterno1 n Torterra93 r correct, but pokemaster's answer is more complete

Wrong. Everyone is.
All you need to do is get gold on 150cc Mirror.
You don't need all gold trophies to unlock Mirror.
