there are cheats for how to beat kid Buu.Some people say you need to beat the whole game on hard is that true?

No, you cannot get to the Buu Saga, or any characters past the Cell Games.

this game is very old.Plus it dosent pass the cell games,you cant get any character that surpasses the cell games.thats it final no characters past cell games,not with a cheat a glitch or even a damn miracle.
