Sorry, this game was cancelled ages ago. They're incorporating many of the ideas and concepts into The Sims 2, however.

yes it is. it's not being cancelled. i just read about it in Nintendo mag. it's going to be anime themed and it will be for Wii and Nintendo DS only. it looks good!
