Subject: splicer island mission

i have finished the whole daddy bigbucks thin, but still have to complete the rep goals and splicer island thing.
just have two questions so far..
For splicer island i have to "find helpers" -how do i do this? I've talked to loads of people thinking that if i get my r'hips to 100, I'll have some option of asking for help but its not happening. anyone in particular im supposed to talk to?
And for my rep goals i have to get a r'ship of minus50 with daddy b, but i cannopt find him anywhere.on another thread someone said that after mission 5 he should be on Nutria Island, but ive gone there a couple times and he's not.
Any advice??

Get Busta Cruise(I think that's his name),Mokey,and Jack I. Deal up to at least 40,and you have some workers.As for Daddy B.,once you have finished goal 5,he either will be on Nutria Island or Paradice Island.

Busta Cruz is in the fish place in Sim Quarter. Mokey is the guy in the park in Urburbia (or whatever it's called). Jack I. Deal is in the boat with the card game.
If Daddy Bigbucks isn't on Nutria Island, then he's on Paradise Island. Hope that helped.

i have got all three people ( busta cruise, jack i deal and mokey) up to 40 that didnt work then to a hundreed and it isnt working is there something i need to do first its the only goal left to do?
