Just use the sensitivity you normally use and work on your magmaul.

There's no best sensitivity, just use what works best for you.

If you want to get better w/ it, just play at CH and use single shot MMs only against someone in 1v1
Do that for a bit, and in a week, or in the first day, you'll be getting better w/ it.

Alright good luck, remember just use single shot and concentrate on hitting your opponent, not how fast you shot nor if you win or lose.
Don't charge up at all during the matches.
Just single shot
Concentrate on hitting even if it meas losing
and keep doing it
It worked for every other person I told, so you should be fine.
