I'll give the tourney another day or two and if they don't finish, I'll take it down from the header and close the thread. As for stickying the thread, there's not much point really if it's already linked in the header, in my opinion.
Supa Smurf, I've already got that planned in a coming update to the Information Hub. I just put the current things the way they are for now so that all the rules could be in one place. It's about to undergo heavy revision this weekend and hopefully it'll be fine after that.
