You just have to press them as fast as you can theres no real skill needed

You just need to see someone who has the special speed technique and then you can work on it. They pratically buzz their thumbs on the buttons fast as heck.

i turn my controller upwords. its easyer that way. also on 800 dont go flat out from the start. make sure your 4rth 5 and then on the second lap go for it. flat out.

what i do is get ur shit and place ur thumb and finger together and rub my fingers across the buttons n 100m my fastest is 9.69 n 200m my fastest is 19.04 n 400m my fastest is 41.96

Method 1. (my way) index and middle finegr of right hand tap X + O (gets me running 9.84, 19.13, 43.93)
Method 2. (friends way) grip the right side of the controller with both hands and use both thumbs to tap X + O (i cannot do this method)

I just started playing this game this week, I haven't broken the 9's yet for 100m dash but I use the dance mat instead of the controller
