I have a big problem, there is a patch on the rogue squadron disc (I have the PC version), and it cant be installed because i already have installed it once but then i had deleted rogue squadron, but now i want to play it again, with the Naboo-Fighter.

The chances are one of two things happened:
1) You simply deleted the game programs and data and did not uninstall it. Click Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Delete Programs, pick Rogue Squadron from the list, and click Uninstall.
2) You uninstalled the program as above, but the uninstall process did not entirely clean up the game programs and data. This sometimes happens when you told the installer to put the game somewhere other than the default location or add downloaded stuff to the game. Delete (move to trash) the directories (folders) where the game was installed.
Now, with any luck, you will be able to reinstall the game.
