Subject: SWAT 4 Expansion Installation problem

I am having trouble installing the expansion, when it comes to the part where You have to scroll down to the bottom of the licencing agreement and agree to it, I scroll to the bottom but I am unable to select that I agree to it, I have the original and the patch that comes with the expansion installed, and was hoping to find a solution here. has anyone experienced a similar problem, and if so do You have a solution? any and all help is greatly appreciated thank You
