Subject:   The games comes back to the desktop and does not run

I have a pc with pentium 4 1.7Ghz, 128 MB DDR ram & a S3 Prosavage DDR Integrated Display Adaptor. Whenever I try to run the game the screen first goes black, then comes back to the desktop. Is something wrong with my graghics driver, asI faced the same problem when I ran Fifa 2004 in my computer.
Please tell me what do.
