Ugh, I'm going to feel so stupid if this isn't the answer.
DivineMagic stands in a corridor filled with a cacophony of sound, but he hears none of it. Gripped in his right hand is an old-fashioned revolver; the left holds the blue light of truth. The gun can only hold one bullet, however.
He needs to make this count.
The red truths fly through his head as he constructs his own truth. The questions posed and the answers given eliminate what cannot be, but is what is left really what is?
Can he risk it all on this one try?
No, he has to be sure in his blue truth. It can't lead him astray. But he cannot see another choice. The blue light shrinks until it fits comfortably in his hand, small but powerful.
He chambers his bullet, double-checking his facts. But this is his truth. There is no more doubt as he takes aim, unwavering.
He lets the bullet fly.
"The character is Moon Walker's Dyne Elsigando."
(tl;dr, is it Moon Walker's Dyne Elsigando?)

DivineMagic lowers his gun, his bullet having struck true and pierced the fog of mystery. Spinning it on his finger, he holsters it on his hip as he strides forward, all eyes on him. He gathers and dismisses his choices with each step, constructing the new game.
When he is at the hall's head, he turns with a majestic sweep. His face is adorned with an enigmatic smile. "Is the court ready?"
He raises his hand and summons his piece, enshrouded in the shadows. "Let us begin."

You put a comma at the end of the word, that or any other kind of punctuation tends to screw it up.

DivineMagic twists his hand and gestures toward the mystery. "Yes, the subject is male." The shadows wreathing it pale, but only slightly. A male symbol hovers over its chest, a faint glow in the darkness.
He pauses and considers the next question and mulls it over. He opens his mouth once but reconsiders. Finally, he says, "Justice DivineMagic would like a definition clarification. What is considered human?"
The mystery then gains a weapon. It shifts from a sword, to a lance, to a hammer, never stopping its morphing. "Additionally, the subject does use melee weapons."

Sorry, I poorly phrased that. Basically is this guy either of another species (An alien, elf or animal perhaps) or have the blood of another species in his veins (Eg half-elf, half-alien etc)

DivineMagic doesn't quite smile, but his countenance softens for just a moment. "Thank you for your answer. It appears that the subject is probably not human." Words flitter up and down the body the mystery's body, stating as such.
"The court would like to remind the players that they must wait for two other people to ask a question before asking another one. As such, Angel in Shadows will have her question shelved until two posts, at which point she may ask it again or choose a new question."

Gotta say, DivineMagic made this a much more interesting read.
