Subject: i need some help please!!!

my question is about building a palace. my officers keep telling me things regarding the construction of a palace and im not even the emperor yet and i dont control him too. i tried to find the way to build one but im not successful. how do you build a palace??? please help me..thanx!

I think building a palace requires you too become an emperor first. Talk to those of "empire" dream if your still not an emperor. Afterwards, gain 20,000 in gold and talk to an officer. I dunno if he needs to have the empire dream.
