Subject: Problem Instaling the expantion pack

Can anyone help? I have install the Diablo II game and it work. Then I installed the expantion(and it comes with Diablo II in the same box) but at the and of the installation, I get a erreur message that is saying That I have a file erreur and thay say I have to dellete and reinstall. I did it, same result. I must have did it at least 4 time. So I went to the store, exchage the game for a new one and I'm still having the same message. I think it as something to do with this :

Somebody have any clue of what I have to do to solve my problem it would by apricieted.
