i need a cheap home brew to restore my body's salts after long workout sessions. all these darn muscle cramps and twitches are really pissing me off

i dont want the high fructose corn syrup or any artificial sweeteners or colors in my drink. not to mention, they also add a bunch a chemicals to it i cant even pronounce. and it's expensive

It is pretty cheap, and corn syrup and all those chemicals you can't pronounce really aren't that big a deal to be honest. I don't quite understand why everyone gets all worked up over these little things.
Just buy a tub of the powdered stuff and fill a water bottle with a little bit when you go to the gym.

Just because the chemical names are unfamiliar to you or they're artificial that doesn't make it bad.

Really, Gatorade is the best option. Only downside is that it has more sugar needed, but that isn't much of a problem.

Fructose isn't bad for you if you've just worked out, it restores glycogen faster than glucose does iirc.
