You can find it in the Arcades. Actually, its one of my fav. games to play right now since the game is very well developed.
I honestly think its one of the best Fighters out there

I used to think that Dong Hwan will become a serious fighter as he grows older... but it seems that he goofed off like most of first born sons. I still have no idea why Jae gives me the idea that his father is dead or crippled but Kim looks as tougher than before.
